## About the Role

* Senior-level Rust engineering experience
 * Proven track record of building and maintaining high-load, scalable services
 * Experience working across one or more operating systems, including Windows, Linux, or macOS.
 * Understanding of operating system concepts, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior.
 * Experience integrating or working with multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.
 * Experience with modern development practices, including testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems such as Cargo and CMake.

## Description

Join a team building a next-generation data replication and storage platform designed to support large-scale, high-load data processing and storage requirements. You will contribute to the development of new services using Rust, the strategic technology for future platform evolution, while occasionally supporting parts of the existing C++ ecosystem. Working within a distributed team of six engineers, you will help shape architecture, performance, and scalability for a technically complex product., * Design, develop, and maintain a new Rust-based cross-platform agent.

 * Build capabilities that integrate deeply with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
 * Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
 * Develop reliable, secure, and performant system-level software.
 * Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to solve complex customer challenges.

 * Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with teammates.
