This is a fully remote position responsible for providing operational support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and administration of enterprise messaging platforms for customer environments. Candidates located in Virginia are preferred due to team alignment and customer support coverage; however, qualified candidates from other locations will also be considered. The team primarily supports customers across the Eastern Time Zone and requires strong collaboration, responsiveness, and customer engagement during business hours. The successful candidate will support Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 messaging services, email security gateways, and related collaboration technologies. This individual must possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage incidents and service requests in a customer-facing environment.
