 * Experience supporting development, testing, deployment, and production environments.

## Description

The Solution Architect / Technical Lead will provide overall technical leadership and solution architecture for the implementation of an enterprise case-management platform. The role will be responsible for defining the target architecture, technical standards, platform design, integration approach, cloud architecture, security considerations, and configuration/customization strategy., * Define and maintain the overall solution architecture.

 * Design the technical architecture for the case-management platform.
 * Establish technical standards, patterns, and implementation guidelines.
 * Define application, integration, data, security, and cloud architecture.
 * Design development, test, UAT, training, staging, and production environments.
 * Develop the configuration and customization strategy.
 * Evaluate technical requirements and determine appropriate platform capabilities.
 * Define API and integration architecture for external systems.
 * Coordinate technical decisions with AOC architecture, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
 * Review technical designs and ensure compliance with established architecture.
 * Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation approaches.
 * Provide technical leadership throughout configuration, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
 * Support performance, scalability, availability, security, and maintainability requirements.
