Preferred: * Experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking. * Experience working with Hispanic/Latine communities. * Knowledge of community resources, victim rights, and basic civil and criminal legal processes. * Familiarity with immigration-related issues and resources affecting survivors, including VAWA self-petitions, U-Visas, and T-Visas. ## Description YWCA Greater Lafayette is seeking a compassionate, dependable Bi-lingual Case Advocate to provide advocacy and support to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This position works directly with both Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking survivors, providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed support from initial crisis intervention through safety planning, referrals, systems advocacy, and ongoing case management. YWCA Greater Lafayette is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
