## About the Role

* Strong experience in System Requirements Engineering/Management.
 * Automotive or vehicle development experience.
 * Experience with requirements writing, decomposition, traceability, and change management.
 * Strong systems engineering and system architecture knowledge.
 * Experience with IBM DOORS / DOORS Next, Polarion, Jama, or Codebeamer.
 * Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred

 * Vehicle E/E architecture experience.
 * INCOSE certification (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP).
 * MBSE experience.
 * Customer-facing technical leadership experience.

## Description

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Vehicle Feature Owner (VFO) /System Engineer with strong experience in system requirements management and systems engineering for automotive/vehicle development. The role will focus on requirements definition, analysis, writing, impact assessment, traceability, and technical leadership.
Responsibilities

 * Develop, review, analyze, and maintain vehicle system requirements.
 * Assess requirements impact for new features, enhancements, modifications, and carry-over content.
 * Write and update clear, complete, consistent, traceable, and verifiable system requirements.
 * Translate feature, customer, business, and regulatory needs into system-level requirements.
 * Perform requirements decomposition, allocation, and change management.
 * Identify requirements gaps, conflicts, dependencies, and technical risks.
 * Work closely with Vehicle Feature Owners, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Validation teams.
 * Lead requirements reviews and support requirement release decisions.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Requirements Engineers.
