Create and manage Data Extensions, Contact Builder configurations, and audience segmentation strategies. Develop and maintain automations within Automation Studio, including data imports, exports, and scheduled processes. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve campaign execution, integration, automation, and data-related issues. Optimize marketing automation processes and platform performance.
