* Experience managing complex IT, data, or analytics programs in secure, hybrid, or multi-enclave environments
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines
 * Knowledge of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, PI coordination, and roadmap development
 * Ability to translate mission workflows and stakeholder priorities into technical requirements, execution plans, and actionable milestones
 * Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communication across stakeholders, applying critical thinking to resolve complex challenges
 * Top Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project or program management, or 12+ years of experience in project or program management in lieu of degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with AI/ML or data-driven workflows, such as multimodal analytics or entity extraction
 * Experience to modern cloud or DevSecOps environments, including containerized applications or microservices
 * Experience coordinating projects across hybrid cloud or multi-enclave systems
 * Knowledge of data governance concepts like access controls, lineage, or recordkeeping
 * Agile or project management certification such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM
