## Description

* Perform installation, configuration, administration, and monitoring of end-user IT automation equipment, including baseline imaging, performance optimization, patching, and updating
 * Perform maintenance and functionality checks of conference rooms to ensure computer, video-teleconference, and voice IT equipment are operational
 * Identify, prioritize, track, and resolve end-user automation hardware and software issues to maintain 99% system availability
 * Provide comprehensive inventory and automation capability matrices monthly or as requested
 * Analyze technical support requests and provide solutions within 10 business days of receipt
 * Coordinate with Property Book Office to manage equipment issue and turn-in process for end-user IT equipment
 * Perform daily printer management duties including paper and toner supply maintenance
 * Provide after-hours on-site support with 2-hour response time
