## About the Role

 * Gute M365 Kenntnisse (v.a. Excel), Grundwissen in Sharepoint bzw. Erfahrung in Microsoft Dynamics (v.a. Sales & Customer Insights & Customer Service) sowie Dataverse
 * Kenntnisse in Power Automate (Cloudflow) und Power Apps (modeldriven, Canvas, im Idealfall Code Apps)
 * Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Know-how im Bereich C# und JavaScript zur Entwicklung und Anpassung von CRM-Komponenten wünschenswert
 * Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Entwicklung, Implementierung und Anpassung des Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-Systems
 * Konfiguration der CRM-Plattform zur Sicherstellung von Standardfunktionen und -verfahren
 * Implementierung spezifischer Lösungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 (u.a. via MS Power-Apps)
 * Aktive Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams
 * Nice to have: Entwicklung individueller Plugins in C# sowie Anpassung von Formularen in JavaScript
