** IT-Asset-Management
** IT-Security im Workplace-Umfeld (z.B. Antivirus, BitLocker, Passwortmanagement)

 * Du bringst technisches Verständnis, Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Problemlösung mit
 * Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und professionell, auch in internationalen Teams

## Description

* Du bist der Single Point of Contact (SPOC) für IT-Störungen, Serviceanfragen und technische Fragen der Endanwender
 * Du analysierst und löst IT-Probleme im 1st-Level-Support - von Arbeitsplatzgeräten über Anwendungen bis hin zu Zugriffs- und Verbindungsproblemen
 * Du bearbeitest Tickets strukturiert im ITSM-System, priorisierst Anfragen und stellst eine saubere Dokumentation sicher
 * Du koordinierst Eskalationen an nachgelagerte Support-Teams und begleitest die Lösung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
 * Du unterstützt bei Benutzerverwaltung, Berechtigungen, Gerätekonfigurationen und Softwareinstallationen
 * Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, die IT-Services kontinuierlich zu verbessern und das technische Wissen der User zu stärken
