* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines verwandten Fachs - alternativ: vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung., * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testmethoden und Testprozessen.
 * Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung und Testtools.
 * Verständnis von CI/CD-Prozessen von Vorteil.
 * ISTQB-Zertifizierung (mindestens Foundation Level) wünschenswert.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit.
 * Kundenorientiertes, souveränes Auftreten in der Consultant-Rolle.
 * Analytisches Denken sowie strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
 * Proaktive Haltung und Freude daran, Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.

Erfahrung

 * Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Testmanagement.
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Tricentis Tosca oder anderen Tricentis-Produkten.
 * Erfahrung mit SAP-Systemen (z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
 * Erfahrung mit Testmanagement- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. Jira, Xray).

## Description

* Beratung unserer Kunden zu Teststrategien und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen im SAP-Umfeld.
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des gesamten Testzyklus in Projekten.
 * Erstellung und Umsetzung von Testkonzepten für SAP-Systeme (z. B. S/4HANA).
 * Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von Testautomatisierungslösungen mit Tricentis (z. B. Tosca).
 * Koordination von Testaktivitäten in agilen und klassischen Projekten.
 * Analyse von Risiken sowie Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
 * Präsentation von Testergebnissen und Reporting an Stakeholder.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams und Management.
 * Durchführung von Schulungen und Wissenstransfer beim Kunden.
