You are comfortable working in a large international organisation where progress depends on clear communication, sound judgement and the ability to bring different interests together. * You have several years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, information architecture, data architecture or data management. * You understand the relationship between data, applications, business processes and business capabilities. * You have strong stakeholder management skills and can influence senior business and IT stakeholders without direct authority. * You have experience with data architecture, information models and data governance. * You are familiar with areas such as data modelling, master data management, business intelligence, data platforms or data warehousing. * You understand system integration, interfaces, APIs and data flows. * Experience with LeanIX is a strong advantage. Experience with a comparable Enterprise Architecture tool is also relevant. * Knowledge of metamodels, taxonomies, ontologies, analytics, automation or AI is a plus. * You combine analytical depth with a pragmatic approach and can assess priorities, costs and architectural trade-offs. * You communicate clearly, work diplomatically and know how to build support across teams and countries. * You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage. ## Description You will help shape and evolve the organisation's enterprise architecture for data, information and applications.
