Education Master's Degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management Or a related field Preferred Certifications * Certified Product Owner (CSPO or equivalent) * Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) * Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) * Data Governance certifications * Power BI Certification * Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) * Microsoft Data Fundamentals (DP-900) ## Description * Define and maintain the scope, purpose, business value, and target audience of Indirect Procurement data products. * Ensure alignment between procurement business priorities and analytics capabilities. * Act as the business owner and key decision-maker for procurement data products. * Reporting & Analytics Portfolio Management * Own the Procurement reporting and dashboard landscape. * Define and maintain the reporting and analytics roadmap. * Prioritize enhancement requests, new reports, bug fixes, and improvement initiatives. * Rationalize existing reports and eliminate duplication. Data Governance & KPI Management * Own business definitions, KPIs, data quality expectations, dimensions, and reporting standards. * Maintain metadata, documentation, and business glossary content. * Ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements. * Stakeholder & Access Management * Define access rules and approval processes for Procurement data consumers. * Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders. * Serve as the main point of contact for procurement data-related questions and interpretations. Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement * Manage the full lifecycle of procurement data products from intake through adoption. * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. * Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management. * Continuously improve reporting capabilities and data product governance.
