You will join a digital team within a Customer Focus environment, working on web and app platforms to design and improve customer journeys across residential, professional, and B2B segments. Using a Design Thinking approach, you'll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to create intuitive, human-centered experiences. A key part of your role is designing interfaces where conversational AI, autonomous agents, and predictive systems feel natural, transparent, and trustworthy.
