## About the Role

* Demonstrated background in first and second-line IT support within a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a dedicated customer-first approach.
 * Hands-on experience supporting Google Workspace, Office 365, and endpoint management solutions.
 * Proven ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot across both macOS and Windows environments.
 * Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Bash) is beneficial but not essential.

## Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key part in keeping our Bristol team connected, productive, and moving fast in a modern, cloud-first environment. You will provide responsive first and second-line technical support across macOS, Windows, AV conferencing systems, and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace and Office 365. Collaborating closely with our infrastructure, service desk, and network teams, you will troubleshoot technical issues, streamline workflows, and champion a seamless technology experience across the business.

What you will do...

 * Deliver high-quality in-person and remote technical support across multiple office locations.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues across macOS and Windows devices.
 * Support audio/visual conferencing setups, corporate network connectivity, and cloud-based tooling.
 * Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
 * Document technical workflows, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles to empower users and teammates.
