## About the Role

* Extensive experience in IT asset management or IT operations, ideally in a regulated industry.
 * Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMDBs, and asset management tools such as ServiceNow.
 * Experience in a large regulated financial services environment, preferably banking, but insurance is also acceptable.
 * Experience building frameworks in a greenfield environment rather than only working in BAU.
 * Detail-oriented and compliance-driven approach.
 * Willingness to participate in a two-stage interview process with our business, both face to face.

## Description

* Take ownership of the lifecycle process for physical IT assets.
 * Lead the transformation of our hardware asset management function across EMEA.
 * Build out frameworks and establish a Centre of Excellence for IT Asset Management.
 * Align our IT asset management approach with global standards and regulatory frameworks such as DORA.
 * Ensure full lifecycle governance, audit readiness, and cost optimisation.
 * Strengthen our technology governance and resilience across our EMEA operations.
