* Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
 * LAN/WAN experience
 * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs knowledge
 * Switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points experience
 * CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills

## Description

* Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi-Fi issues.
 * Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required.
 * Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments.
 * Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations.
 * Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions.
 * Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
 * Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
