## About the Role

* Previous experience as a Security Systems Engineer or in a similar security engineering role.
 * Strong experience within the electronic security industry.
 * Good technical knowledge of security systems and associated technologies.
 * A logical and methodical approach to fault finding and problem solving.
 * Good communication and organisational skills.
 * A high level of accuracy when completing work and documentation.

Ideally, you will have experience with some of the following:

 * Texecom Cloud, Dahua DoLynk, Salto KS, Paxton10, or Brivo

## Description

Candidates can be based anywhere in London or within 15 miles north and 20 miles south of St Albans (office location).
You will be responsible for:

 * Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on electronic security systems.
 * Investigating faults and providing technical support to customers and engineers.
 * Working across intruder alarms, access control, CCTV and intercom systems.
 * Using manufacturer software for system configuration, diagnostics and optimisation.
 * Supporting engineers with technical issues and providing guidance where required.
 * Completing work and documentation accurately while maintaining good customer service.
 * Performing other duties relevant to the role as required., * Security Systems Engineer, Security Service Engineer, Security Maintenance Engineer, Electronic Security Engineer, Fire & Security Engineer, CCTV Engineer, Access Control Engineer, Intruder Alarm Engineer, Security Engineer or in a similar role.
