* We require strong Java experience, including hands-on Spring Boot development.
 * We require proven experience owning or delivering cloud migration projects.
 * We require strong AWS knowledge, as most of the role is AWS-focused.
 * We need experience migrating infrastructure, databases, applications, and frameworks to the cloud.
 * We need excellent communication skills and confidence working across teams and with stakeholders.
 * We need the ability to ramp up quickly in unfamiliar systems and learn new domain knowledge fast.
 * Experience re-platforming or modernising legacy systems would be beneficial.
 * Broader DevOps or CI/CD exposure would be a plus.
 * Previous use of AI-assisted coding tools would be beneficial.

## Description

* We will have you develop and support Java and Spring Boot solutions.
 * We will expect you to own and deliver cloud migration work across a full product stack.
 * We will rely on you to migrate infrastructure, databases, applications, and frameworks to AWS cloud services.
 * We will have you work closely with engineers and stakeholders across teams.
 * We will expect you to quickly understand existing systems and domain knowledge.
 * We will have you use AI tools to support development and delivery where appropriate.
 * We will ask you to contribute within a small engineering team of 4 to 5 engineers.
