Desirable Skills and Experience * Experience in organisational design and development. * Experience in the development of apprenticeship qualifications. * Degree level education in a relevant area. * Teaching and training development qualification at degree level. * Human Resource Development qualification and experience. * Membership of an appropriate professional body such as CIPD. ## Description As Courseware Designer you will work to develop training courseware through the analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT documentation & processes for military training. Primarily home-based but must be prepared to travel to support internal and customer meetings and duties.
