With an exciting next stage of growth ahead, you'll ensure we have the right systems, technology and infrastructure in place to support the business as it evolves. You'll own our systems strategy and roadmap, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to prioritise initiatives, manage resources and make sure we're investing in the right technology at the right time. You'll make an impact by providing strategic direction across our systems landscape and ensuring our technology and infrastructure are ready to support the next stage of our growth. You'll balance long-term systems development with operational resilience and day-to-day business needs, while leading a team and building strong relationships across the wider business. This is a strategic and commercially focused role where you'll directly lead our Senior IT & Systems Manager, AI Architect and work closely with wider business stakeholders to turn business priorities into structured, achievable systems initiatives. You'll also take ownership of governance, oversee supplier relationships, budgets and strategic delivery, ensuring projects are well planned, effectively managed and deliver measurable value. If you're an experienced leader who thrives on building strong relationships, managing competing priorities and can confidently balance commercial needs with emerging technology needs, risk and resilience, this could be the perfect position for you. The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly offices in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
