## Description

The successful candidate will assist staff and pupils with day-to-day technical issues while supporting the maintenance of the school's hardware, software, network, and classroom technology., * Provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
 * Install and configure computers and peripheral devices.
 * Support interactive displays, printers, audiovisual equipment, and classroom technology.
 * Assist with user accounts and access permissions.
 * Maintain records of IT faults and completed support requests.
 * Assist with network and system maintenance.
 * Monitor IT equipment and report replacement requirements.
 * Support software updates and security procedures.
 * Provide guidance to users on appropriate use of school technology.
