## About the Role

* Commercial experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics
 * Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets
 * Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics
 * Experience using data visualisation and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
 * Understanding of digital marketing performance measurement and customer journey analysis
 * Experience working with relational databases and data analysis tools
 * Knowledge of experiment design, A/B testing, and performance optimisation
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join a well-established consumer-focused retail organisation. You will play a key role in delivering insights that influence digital strategy, customer experience, performance marketing, and commercial decision-making across the business.

The analytics team works closely with stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Product, and Technology, offering excellent exposure to senior decision-makers and high-impact projects.
The Role
As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that improve digital performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:

 * Deliver reporting, analysis, and insight to support digital commerce and marketing teams
 * Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using web analytics and BI tools
 * Analyse customer journeys, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and online behaviour
 * Develop clear recommendations that support data-driven decision making
 * Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to identify growth opportunities
 * Support experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and performance measurement
 * Validate tracking implementations and ensure the accuracy of digital analytics data
 * Conduct QA testing across tagging, event tracking, and data collection frameworks
 * Monitor key KPIs and provide insight into performance trends and opportunities
