Do you have a strong understanding of IT operations, business systems, infrastructure and cyber security, with the technical expertise to shape solutions that support a fast-growing business? As Senior IT & Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping our technology estate secure, reliable and ready for what's next. You'll lead the day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure and business systems, while also getting involved in technical delivery, integrations, architecture and continuous improvement. You'll make an impact by keeping our technology services running reliably, solving complex technical challenges, improving the systems our teams rely on every day and helping shape the technology landscape that will support our next stage of growth. Working closely with the Head of Systems, you'll turn business needs into practical technology solutions, provide technical direction and help deliver systems that enable our brands to thrive. You'll also lead and develop our Business Systems Manager and Junior IT Analyst, creating a collaborative and solutions-focused IT function while acting as a senior escalation point for operational IT and systems matters. The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days.
