## Description

A school in Cheltenham is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide reliable technical support to staff and pupils.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day IT issues, maintain equipment, and support the effective use of technology across classrooms and administrative areas., * Provide first-line technical support across the school.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
 * Install and maintain computers and peripheral equipment.
 * Support interactive displays, printers, and classroom technology.
 * Assist with user accounts and access issues.
 * Record technical faults and completed repairs.
 * Support routine network and system maintenance.
 * Assist with equipment audits and stock management.
 * Escalate complex technical issues appropriately.
 * Promote safe and responsible use of school IT systems.
