## About the Role

1. At least 2 years' post qualification and current membership of one of the following bodies:
 * Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy
 * One of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants (CAI, ICAEW, ICAS etc.)
 * Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
 * Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
 * Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland

OR equivalent international accountancy qualification.

 2. Hold a Certified Information Systems Auditor qualification.

 3. Technical competence
 * Two years' experience, in the last five years, of auditing financial statements or financial system IT controls; and
 * Robust working knowledge of applyling financial and IT reporting standards, auditing standards and methodologies.

 4. Decision making/judgement

Experience of analysing complex evidence and exercising sound judgement to formulate conclusions and constructive recommendations, and recommend practical solutions.

5, Leadership skills

Experience of guiding and motivating a team to deliver quality outputs.

 6. Communication skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
