## Description

Are you an experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail? Do you enjoy working with data, spotting inaccuracies and ensuring information is accurate and well organised?
We're recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Executive to join a friendly and collaborative team located between Malton and York for around 9-months. You must be able to drive and have your own transport due to the location.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll play an important role in maintaining accurate data that supports customers and colleagues across the organisation.
What you'll be doing:

 * Interpreting and inputting supplier contract rates and cost information into internal systems
 * Creating and maintaining accurate product and holiday records
 * Updating holiday itineraries to ensure information is accurate and up to date
 * Responding to data and process queries from colleagues across the business
 * Using Microsoft Excel and Power BI reports to manage workload and identify trends
 * Working collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy
 * Processing large volumes of information while maintaining a consistently high level of accuracy
