An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Microsoft Operations Specialist to join a busy and growing organisation in the City of London. As a Senior Microsoft Operations Specialist, you'll ensure Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements are processed accurately and on time. Working closely with sales, licensing, solutions, and finance teams, you'll support operational queries and help deliver a seamless customer experience.

 * Resolve customer, supplier, and internal queries using Microsoft systems and tools.

 * Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal records.
 * Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance and minimise errors.
 * Work with Finance to resolve invoice and billing queries.
