vous rejoindrez le département Client Management and Digital Transformation qui pilote la performance et l'optimisation de la relation client au sein de la banque. Notre mission : maximiser la valeur de nos portefeuilles clients en combinant analyse stratégique, allocation optimale des ressources et accompagnement opérationnel des équipes commerciales.
L'équipe Transformation Data Innovation a besoin de se renforcer pour mettre la Data et l'IA au service de l'efficacité commerciale et opérationnelle et du développement du business.
Les missions principales vont de la conception au développement de services Data et IA au service de la connaissance clients et de la performance business (pilotage performance commerciale, analyse de news, détection d'insights, recommandations, prédictions, ...). S'appuyant sur un large spectre de techniques à l'état de l'art : Analytics, IA Générative (LLMs, RLMs, SLMs, RAG, ...), IA Agentique, NLP (NER, embeddings et recherche sémantique, ...), graphe de connaissances, ..., Conception et développement de services Data et IA pour la connaissance clients et la performance business

 - Pilotage de la performance commerciale, analyse de news, détection d'insights, recommandations, prédictions
 - Mise en oeuvre de techniques avancées d'IA Générative, IA Agentique, NLP, graphes de connaissances
