Intervention en tant que Tech Lead sur un projet de remplacement de l'outil AML existant. Le périmètre couvre l'intégration de la solution, le développement des fonctionnalités critiques et la stabilisation des applications.

CONTEXTE

 - Au sein de la DSI Filière Secrétariat Général Groupe.

 - Plus particulièrement au sein du département Surveillance AML et Marchés, comprenant le dispositif AML marchés.

 - Projet de remplacement de l'outil AML existant.

MISSIONS

 - Intégrer la solution choisie dans le respect des exigences d'architecture pour garantir la scalabilité et la performance des systèmes.

 - Mettre en place et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques de développement.

 - Garantir, en collaboration avec les équipes BPCE IT, les architectes et la méthode BPCE, des livrables robustes et conformes aux exigences de qualité.

 - Concevoir et développer les fonctionnalités critiques en optimisant le backend.

 - Superviser les mises en production et garantir la stabilité des applications.

 - Proposer toute amélioration visant à une meilleure performance des systèmes.
