Skills & Experience 0-3 years of experience in Market Risk, Quantitative Risk, Risk Modelling or Regulatory Capital. Strong Python programming skills and passion for automation. Good understanding of risk metrics, derivatives and financial markets. Experience working with data and analytical tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Passion for using data and technology to improve risk management processes. ## Description You will be part of the Risk Analytics team (10 people) responsible for Market & Counterparty Risk monitoring and advisory of the S&EM (International Supply and Energy Management) Global Business Unit of ENGIE and its regulated entity EGM (Engie Global Markets). We work closely with stakeholders across trading, risk, and IT to ensure our systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Our expertise spans the development, enhancement, and validation of risk models, systems, and processes. We foster a culture that values initiative, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to bring fresh ideas that challenge the status quo. We are looking for a highly motivated Risk Analytics Engineer to join our growing team. You will contribute both to risk analysis activities and to the design of the next generation of Risk Analytics tools and processes. You will have significant autonomy to identify improvement opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and industrialize risk processes.
