Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation dans le domaine de l'informatique et vous justifiez d'une expérience significative sur le support.

 - Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques sur
 - Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows (10, 11), suite Office 365 et outil de gestion de téléphonie.
 - Connaissance de base des réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 - Utilisation d'un outil de ticketing (GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.).
 - Notions d'Active Directory, messagerie Outlook/Exchange.

 - Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) vous savez travailler de manière autonome
 - Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens aigu du service client et votre disponibilité auprès des utilisateurs.
 - Vous avez au minimum 2 an d'expérience sur un poste similaire, hors stages., Windows

Cette prestation est à pourvoir du 5 octobre au 20 novembre, sur une base de 35h/semaine.
