## Description

Mission d'intérim à pourvoir dès que possible jusqu'au 31/12/2026
Possible perspective de renouvellement à l'issue

Rattaché au Responsable SI et au Responsable Infrastructure et au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous avez pour missions :

 - Assurer le support informatique de niveau 2 auprès des utilisateurs et traiter les incidents techniques liés aux postes de travail, aux applications et aux services Microsoft 365 ;
 - Accompagner et assister les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des outils informatiques ;
 - Participer à l'exploitation quotidienne du parc et de l'infrastructure informatique et contribuer à leur maintien en conditions opérationnelles ;
 - Intervenir ponctuellement sur les environnements systèmes et réseaux dans le cadre d'opérations d'administration, de maintenance ou d'évolution ;
 - Contribuer à l'administration et au suivi des environnements virtualisés VMware / ESXi ;
 - Assurer le suivi et la documentation des interventions réalisées.

Permis B obligatoire car déplacement locaux (véhicule de service mis à disposition)
