## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder alternativ Logistik
 * Erste Erfahrung in der Implementierung, Konfiguration oder Betreuung von Softwarelösungen, sowie Software Vertrieb
 * Erfahrung mit ERP/WaWi/LVS-Systemen und deren Schnittstellenintegration
 * Gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen und Netzwerktechnik in der Kundenumgebung
 * Praxiserfahrung mit Remote-Tools (teamviewer) und Kundenbetreuung
 * Kaufmännische Fähigkeiten im MS Office 365
 * Erfahrung im technischen Support oder IT-Consulting von Vorteil
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

 * Be an early applicant, * Deine Expertise in der Kundenberatung für komplexe Softwarelösungen der Kardex wie Power Pick System (PPS), Kardex Drive und Kardex Java Machine Interface (JMIF), sowie im Projektmanagement darfst du unter Beweis stellen
 * Du hast Erfahrung, sowie Freude daran, interdisziplinäre Projektteams zu leiten, voranzubringen und behältst dabei die Anforderungen der Kunden im Blick.
 * Du bringst belastbare Kenntnisse der Intralogistik und Kleinteilelagerung mit
 * Du nimmst die individuellen Kundenanforderungen auf, analysierst diese und erstellst daraufhin Pflichtenhefte und Dokumentationen.
 * Du stellst eine wirtschaftliche und zeitgerechte Projektabwicklung auf Basis der von dir erstellten Kalkulation, Angeboten und Zeitplan sicher.
 * Du führst selbständig Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen durch, und erstellts auch kaufmännisch Angebote und die dazugehörige Dokumentation im Vertriebsablauf
