* Mehrjährige nachweisbare Projekterfahrung in den Bereichen Cloud-Infrastruktur, Systemadministration, Netzwerk und Security
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Linux-Administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian), einschließlich Hardening, Patch-Management und Troubleshooting auf Betriebssystemebene
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk und Security, insbesondere Firewalls, TCP/IP, Routing, VPN, DNS und Load Balancing
 * Erste praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von OpenStack-Umgebungen (Compute, Networking, Storage)
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, IAM) sowie hybriden Architekturen zwischen On-Premises- und Cloud-Umgebungen
 * Kenntnisse im Betrieb, Deployment und Monitoring von Kubernetes
 * Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierungslösungen, beispielsweise Terraform, Ansible und ArgoCD
 * Idealerweise Projekterfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzumfeld
