 * Bewertung fachlicher Anforderungen bzgl. ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Softwareentwicklung
 * Sicherstellung des laufenden Betriebs und dessen Optimierung für wartungsintensive und vielschichtige Applikationen, Prozesse und Produkte
 * Mitarbeit bei fachbereichsübergreifenden Aufgabenstellungen
 * Durchführung von komplexen Fehleranalysen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Systemen
