## Description

micro1 is seeking Business Analysts, Researchers, and Operations Specialists to support a writing-focused customer project involving business analysis, research, and operational reasoning for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

 * Analyze business scenarios, decisions, and trade-offs.
 * Conduct quantitative and qualitative research.
 * Gather and synthesize requirements and stakeholder insights.
 * Analyze data using Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
 * Develop reports, memos, business cases, and process documentation.
 * Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
 * Communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
