* Administration, Support und Weiterentwicklung unseres ERP Systems Infor Cloud Suite (SAAS)
 * 2nd Level Support als Spezialist in definierten Bereichen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konzernmutter: Servermanagement und Wartung, Lösungsfindung bei komplexen Problemen
 * 1st Level Support in Vertretung und bei hohem aufkommen: Ad-Hoc Support bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen, Geräteeinrichtung
 * Koordination der IT-Compliance mit der Konzernmutter ( Application Onboarding, Risiko Analysen, Steakholder Management)
 * Kommunikation in englischer Sprache mit unser Konzernmutter in verschiedenen Themenbereichen
