## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Kundenservice, IT-Umfeld oder in der Veranstaltungsbranche
 * Organisationstalent sowie eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Teamgeist, Flexibilität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch wenn es einmal etwas dynamischer wird
 * Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Office und Excel sowie MS Teams; Kenntnisse in RUBIN, SAP und Doxis sind von Vorteil
 * Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Wochenendarbeit

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Betreuung von RUBIN, inklusive Grunddaten- und Preislistenpflege sowie Einrichtung der Online-Bestellshops (OSC/DB-Module) für Eigen- und Gastveranstaltungen
 * Analyse von Fehlermeldungen, Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von RUBIN
 * Erstellung und Pflege der Übersicht zu den Serviceleistungen
 * Steuerung und Betreuung der Servicepartner sowie des Servicepartner-Portals
 * Übernahme der Funktion als SAP-Beauftragte:r im Team und Bearbeitung der damit verbundenen Aufgaben
 * Begleitung und Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten und Sonderaufgaben
 * Kontrolle der durch Vertragsfirmen erbrachten Leistungen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Abrechnung der angefallenen Serviceleistungen nach Veranstaltungsende
 * Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, z. B. bei Korrespondenz, Datenpflege und Reisekostenabrechnungen
