* Moderne Technologien: Entwicklung mit aktuellen Programmiersprachen und Frameworks wie HTML, CSS, Java, Docker, Python, Vaadin, JavaScript und SQL
 * Softwareentwicklung: Eigenständige Umsetzung individueller Anwendungen und Mitarbeit an produktiven Softwarelösungen
 * Praxisnaher IT-Prozess: Einblick in den Weg von der Entwicklung bis zum Produktivbetrieb sowie Unterstützung bei Testing, Fehlerbehebung und Support
 * Agiles Arbeiten: Arbeit in einer modernen Umgebung nach Scrum inklusive Anwendung aller relevanten Methoden
 * Teamarbeit & Vernetzung: Kennenlernen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Teams innerhalb unserer Abteilung Digital Innovation sowie gemeinsame Projektarbeit mit unseren Auszubildenden
