 * Kommunikationsstärke, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sicherheitsthemen verständlich in die Organisation zu tragen

## Description

* Aktive Weiterentwicklung und operative Betreuung eines bestehenden Informationssicherheits-Managementsystems (ISMS) auf Basis gängiger Normen (z. B. ISO 27001)
 * Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines Business Continuity Managements (BCM) - von der Risikoanalyse bis zur Implementierung geeigneter Maßnahmen
 * Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung sowie aktive Begleitung interner und externer Audits in enger Abstimmung mit Prüfern und Fachbereichen
 * Umsetzung regulatorischer und normativer Anforderungen sowie Anpassung bestehender Prozesse an aktuelle Normänderungen
 * Mitarbeit an übergreifenden Governance-, IT-Compliance- und Risikomanagement-Themen im internationalen Kontext
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Managementsysteme sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Compliance- und Datenschutzfunktionen, * Überdurchschnittliches, leistungsorientiertes Vergütungspaket mit attraktivem Gehaltsrahmen
 * Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung mit garantiertem Remote-Anteil sowie weiterer Flexibilität in Abstimmung mit dem Team
 * 30 Urlaubstage sowie eine Regelarbeitszeit von 40 Stunden pro Woche
