* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Softwareentwicklungsteams sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
 * Förderung, Motivation und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder im Entwicklungsumfeld
 * Aktive Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwareanwendungen im C#/.NET-Umfeld
 * Verantwortung für die technische Ausrichtung sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen und Systeme
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Softwarelösungen sowie zukunftsfähiger Softwarearchitekturen
 * Planung, Priorisierung und Begleitung von Entwicklungsprojekten und Software-Releases
 * Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze
