* Several years of experience in engineering and the further development of business-critical platforms or IT services in enterprise environments.
 * A bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, a completed IT apprenticeship with excellent grades.
 * Experience in planning and managing projects in agile environments: quarterly planning, sprint backlogs, prioritization, and tracking goals and actions are part of your daily routine.
 * In-depth knowledge of modern engineering and operations approaches, as well as practical experience in areas such as automation, observability, integration, containerization, databases, and IT security.
 * The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in German and English and to make sound decisions; you are characterized by a sense of ownership, a service-oriented mindset, a commitment to quality, and experience in managing budgets and capacities.
