 * bist kommunikationsstark, besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich an unterschiedliche Stakeholder zu vermitteln

## Description

* Du konzipierst und begleitest die Migration geschäftskritischer Vertragssysteme von der Host-Umgebung (COBOL, DB2) hin zu einer modernen, skalierbaren Java-Fullstack-Architektur
 * Du baust die Brücke zwischen der bestehenden Mainframe-Welt und modernen Java-Microservices; dabei definierst du Migrationspfade, Übergangsarchitekturen und APIs
 * Du berätst und coachst die agilen Entwicklungsteams im Squad bei architektonischen Fragestellungen und förderst den Wissensaustausch zwischen Host- und Java-Entwicklern
 * Du etablierst moderne Software-Engineering-Standards (z. B. CI/CD, automatisierte Tests, Clean Code) für die neuen Systemkomponenten
