 * Du kannst analytisch Denken und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
 * Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Analyse und Bearbeitung von fachlichen/technischen Supportanfragen von unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern innerhalb einer Multi-App-Architektur
 * Untersuchung von Softwarefehlern und eigenständige Fehlerbehebung / Erarbeitung von Workarounds
 * Analyse von Logfiles, Schnittstellen und Systemkonfigurationen
 * Erstellung, Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Bug-Tickets bis zur abschließenden Lösung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit und übergreifende Abstimmung mit den Product Owner:innen der verschiedenen Teams
 * Eskalation komplexer Themen an Entwicklung, Produktmanagement oder externe Partner
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Supportprozessen
