 * Sie analysieren Störungen, bearbeiten technische Fehlermeldungen und unterstützen bei Performance- und Verfügbarkeitsthemen
 * Sie arbeiten eng mit internen SAP-Teams, IT-Infrastruktur und externen Partnern zusammen und sind Ansprechpartner für technische SAP-Fragestellungen
