* Die Tech & Produkt Organisation arbietet full remote, besteht aus knapp 160 Mitarbeiter:innen verteilt auf insgesamt ca. 15 crossfunktionale Teams. Diese Teams verantworten aktuell 34 Apps.

Das machst du bei uns:

 * Du entwickelst Komponenten für die Software as a Service Plattform
 * Du arbeitest an thematischen Web-APPs für die Personalwirtschaft
 * Du konzipierst passende Tests und analysierst die Ergebnisse
 * Du planst und beschreibst das Backlog zusammen mit den Product Ownern
 * Du nutzt AI-Tools als festen Bestandteil der Entwicklung von Code, Tests und Reviews
