## About the Role

* A recent degree from an accredited college or university (Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
 * Strong analytical mindset - you are comfortable working with data and turning numbers into stories
 * Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
 * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, Shopify, or similar is a plus
 * Tech fluency - you adapt quickly to new software and data-driven environments
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
 * High ambition and drive - your resume shows potential but your hunger shows more

## Description

As an E-Commerce Account Analyst, you will:

 * Analyze account performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across client portfolios
 * Build and maintain dashboards and reports that translate fulfillment and sales data into clear, actionable insights
 * Support account teams in monitoring inventory, order accuracy, and fulfillment KPIs for small to mid-size clients
 * Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure client needs are met with precision
 * Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, strategic way
 * Grow into managing high-profile national accounts as you build expertise in our platforms and processes
