Four additional years of experience may substitute for a degree. A master's degree may substitute for two years of experience, and an approved industry certification may substitute for one year of experience. * Extensive experience supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise applications such as IBM Maximo, ERP, EAM, CRM, or other enterprise asset management platforms. * Strong experience configuring, customizing, or developing enterprise applications. * Experience developing Java-based or web-based enterprise applications. * Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL. * Experience supporting applications throughout development, testing, and production. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams. * Ability and willingness to quickly learn IBM Maximo and related enterprise technologies. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while designing, configuring, and enhancing IBM Maximo applications that support complex operational environments., As the Senior Maximo Application Developer, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and maintaining IBM Maximo-based applications supporting enterprise operations.
