* Significant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Insights roles within a large, complex organisation
 * Advanced expertise in Power BI and data visualisation techniques
 * Solid Excel experience
 * Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience using tools such as Python or R
 * Experience working with large and complex datasets to deliver actionable business insight
 * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, information security, and regulatory compliance
 * Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear recommendations
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic reporting initiatives
 * Exposure to predictive analytics, scenario planning, and data modelling

## Description

As the technical lead for Business Intelligence and analytics, you will be responsible for developing and delivering enterprise dashboards, reporting solutions, and data modelling tools that support executive and operational decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will drive improvements in data quality, governance, visualisation, and reporting capability.
